Online/Shipping

We offer online ordering and shipping for most vinyl and CD selections. Non-media products such as turntables and most accessories are in-store purchases only. You can, however, reserve anything from the catalog online for in-store pick-up. If you have any problems ordering online, please let us know ASAP!

Online orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Most media items are shipped via USPS Media Mail service. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us beforehand so we can address them before making your purchase!

For shipping 1-3 vinyl LPs we prefer Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailers, which provide reinforced layered edges and "offset crush zone" corners to protect against edge damage on record jackets.

 

 

For larger orders, we use Whiplash LP mailers or other appropriate boxing and/or double-boxing to ensure maximum protection of your new vinyl records! If you want us to removed vinyl from jackets before shipping, please specify in order comments!

We currently charge a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping. Whether you buy 1 or 10 items, same flat rate shipping. If you require some other shipping method, please feel free to contact us first with details.

We do not generally offer international shipping. If you're outside the U.S. and require shipping, please contact us to make arrangements.
