Laufey Listening Party

LAUFEY - A Matter of Time Listening/Release Party (Aug. 21-22, 2025)

As announced by Laufey and our friends at Record Store Day, we will be hosting a listening party and midnight sale event for the release of the A Matter of Time LP!

On Thursday Aug. 21, we will (re)open at 11pm to give attendees the opportunity to hear the new Laufey release before anyone else! There will also be free poster giveaways, Laufey LoverGirl Pins free with purchase, and also a contest giveaway. Sales for the album will begin at midnight, and you must be present to purchase (no online orders)! We will have approximately 30-40 copies available in store. 

As most of you know, Sound Platters is a relatively small spot. Therefore, we will be limiting attendance to 20-25 people at a time. We strongly encourage everyone interested in attending to use the contact form and let us know, so we can reserve a spot for you!
